I started to get knee pain. When I play badminton. Also when I use my knee on floor. I have stopped milk and milk related products because of psoriasis. Suggest alternative or medicine for calcium supplement

My son is currently under casting 3 cast completed Doctor is using 21 days in single cast. So total 60 days completed right now. Now doctor suggested shoes without tenatomy So my question is tenatomy necessary in each case?
I was taking Teriparatide Injection for osteoporosis past 6 months regularly daily but now since my last injection stock got over, it's been 10days since I have not taken the injection... But in MRI it is written as - disc dessication at L4, L5, L5-S1 levels. - diffuse disc bulge at L2, L3 level causing thecal sac compression minimal bilateral neural foramen narrowing . - diffuse disc bulge postereocentral protrusion at L4 L5 levels causing thecal sac compression, impingement on bilateral traversing & exiting nerve roots. - diffuse disc bulge postereocentral protrusion at L5 S1 levels causing thecal sac compressionbilateral neural foramen narrowing impingement on bilateral exiting nerve roots.
