Hi I'm Shubham Kumar BPO employee. I have kidney stone in my left side. I need a leave approval for a month from the work for the medications and better medical treatment to get well by the time. So I need a doctor medical report for this problem and also the treatment procedure to get well within 3 to 4 weeks. I have a kidney stone in my right side kidney. I have pain in the last 5 days, the pain is moving from one place to another.
