I have ankle swelling in right leg for the past 2 weeks.There is no pain in the morning while waking up.But slowly, the pain starts after starting the routine work and increases like the pain can reach upto knee/calf. Please tell me whether this is myscle sprain or nerve pain.. mostly i feel like it is like nerve pain as some times it has a shooting sensation.

I am going through severe back ache, when I am about to wake up in morning from bed. Entire day, I do not face any issues or pain. Only when I try to wake up in morning, i feel a lot of back pain.
