Hello, I have pain in back since long time. I can feel the pain like burning in middle of spine after standing for long time or no resting.what are the reasons of it?

Woke up from a nightmare feeling shaky
Hi, today i woke up from a nightmare and felt like the bed was shaking (just like earthquake). lt last for very few seconds. i am having headache only on right side that goes down to neck. I am worried it was a brain seizure? please help
Sleep issue
Hi I can't able to sleep properly since my marriage that is for year now . Due to improper sleep cycle. Even if I had different sleep time for one day my sleep is getting disturbed for next so many days and so long that now I am not able to sleep anymore like I previously did before my marriage that is uninterrupted sleep for 8 hours. Currently I am no more able to sleep and I am getting awake in the middle of the night and not able to sleep again. Please suggest something. Getting severe headaches due to this .
Dizziness from 10 days
I have been using Neuromed PG (pregabalin 75mg + mythlcynacobolamin 750mcg) from past 3 months for nerve pain , I'm now facing continuous Dizziness throughout the day and nerve tingling in hands and legs and when I wakeup in the morning my little finger is numb with cramp for few minutes, Is it becoz of side effects of Neuromed PG , I have consulted with general physician he has prescribed Virtin 8 mg but my dizziness is still there so I consulted Neurologist he did brain CT scan which was normal, i have also done full body blood test only my B12 level was 775 pg/ml. Can someone advise on next steps.
Head shaking and uneasy feeling in neck.
For a few months, I felt anxious about one situation: my head had been shaking and I had an uneasy feeling in my neck region. I'm very anxious about cervical dystonia, but my head isn't tilted on one side like dystonia patients. What should I consult? This problem happens when I'm alone. I also have cervical spondylitis.
