I have stopped smoking from last 3 months then i have smoked for 2/3 days and i have seen a black side spot on tongue worried about it. Will lycored work on this to repair the tongue ?

Extracted right side upper and lower wisdom tooth (the lower one was horizontally impacted) and the doctor gave me antibiotics along with pain medications and satrogyl for 5 days. Post seven days when I went to cut my stitches, he said the healing is not complete and prescribed me antibiotics course again. I can see a hole in my lower jaw and am scared about taking antibiotics. Is repeating antibiotics normal? When will this hole close?
