But in MRI it is written as - disc dessication at L4, L5, L5-S1 levels. - diffuse disc bulge at L2, L3 level causing thecal sac compression minimal bilateral neural foramen narrowing . - diffuse disc bulge postereocentral protrusion at L4 L5 levels causing thecal sac compression, impingement on bilateral traversing & exiting nerve roots. - diffuse disc bulge postereocentral protrusion at L5 S1 levels causing thecal sac compressionbilateral neural foramen narrowing impingement on bilateral exiting nerve roots.
