Today's testing report Fasting 235 Post lunch 310 Any medicines preferable along with the diet chart

Type 2 diabetic

Dear Dr's, I have suffering from type 2 diabetes since last year, right now I am loosing my weight and RBS level is high,my last H1BNC REPORT IS 13%, I AM ON INSULIN 24 UNIT AND PANCREATINE 25K TDS. PLEASE SUGGEST HOW I WIL REDUCE MY SUGAR LEVEL FASTING UPTO 180 RANDOM UPTO 270 Thanks and regards Nasif Iqbal Ansari

Eating mangoes

I am a diabetic patient and take the following medicines for the same gemerDapa xr(20+1+500) 1-0-1 Metformin 500mg 0-1-0 With lunch I am taking rice and a medium mango My post pondrial blood sugar level after 2hrs of lunch is 135-140mg/dl consecutively for 3 days Is it ok for me to eat mango once aday at lunch For dinner I avoid it .my fasting level are 100-110 range

After taking cyblexMV 80.3 my fasting sugar is 149. Can I take 2 tablets to make it come down yo 110 or below. Please advise.
