Pain in right knee
I have had pain in my right knee for the last 6-7 days. Not able to fold my leg and sit on the floor. Pain is more during climbing stairs and when required to fold the leg. No injury and no swelling.

MRI indicates..Degenerative tear in right acetabular labrum. Right anterior periarticular cystic lesion also seen- like paralabral cyst. How serious is this and what should be the treatment.

I am having ulcerative colitis ( Autoimmune) to be specific, Proctosigmoiditis, I am not taking any allopathy medication I.e mesalamine and mesacol for a year , only homopathy medicine for bloating( name not know) . Since few days I am having pain in my index finger joint, feet bones and left hand elbow joint. Took few doses of nimucet gold tablet which helps in relieving the pain but again after few days feeling pain. Facing difficulty in walking. Need some permanent solution.
