Hi! My Tsh level 6iu/ml and Anti tpo 76 iu/ml. Iam planning to consult a dietician for thyroid diet. If i follow the diet strictly can i revert the condition without any thyroid medications or are thyroxine the mainstay . Please help.

I am in 3rd trimester I had pre existing diabetes my sugar level is high only early morning. Rest of the day I am able to control through diet. Is it because I wake up twice in between because of the back pain. I am not taking insulin or tablet.
