I m 33 yrs old 9 weeks pregnant in my dating scan, I have seen the baby is upside down. While most of the 9 th week pregnancy scan images in the internet shows baby facing up. Why my baby is upside down is this a concern

Hi, Have given Blood samples for NIPT test during 14th week. After 2 weeks, they said the fetal fraction is very less and is getting only 2 percent. They asked for re sample. Whether there is any issue with baby's growth or anything to worry about.
