Hello,
I'm 43 years old, female. Took an mri of the brain today to check for pituitary tumor as my prolactin was high. It was all fine. However the report said "periventricular white matter small ischemic changes". I'm non diabetic, bp is normal, generally in good health, within bmi as well. I wanted to know if this was something I need to worry about or I can observe. Attached the report here. It would be great if you can let me know if this is something dangerous and worrisome at the moment and needs to be treated. My other doctor who's a gynecologist mentioned that is not worrisome but is best to check with a Neurologist. Thank you in advance.
I have been facing this issue for almost a week now. The right side of the brain suddenly starts to ache and continues till I sleep. And this happens on a daily basis. Sometimes I observed even little jerks while driving or anything that is increasing. Is it normal?
I am recently diagnosed with migraines. And doctor has prescribed medicines. I don't want to depend on these medicines too much. I am wondering if any natural way like physiotherapy can help in this situation. Please suggest

I have been taking 5 mg Amitryptyline at night for neuropathic pain since 3 months.
Due to recent ear pain I've been prescribed Etova MR(etodolac 400mg + thiocolchiside 4mg) BD for 5 days.
Is it safe to take Etova and Amitrytpyline, will they cause any interaction?
