Diastolic dysfunction grade 1
Recently i have done echo and report shows diastolic dysfunction grade 1, doctor said nothing to worry its normal and didn't prescribe any medication..what should I do?

Anaemia with tachycardia,dyspnoea
Hi I have history of anaemia from 2020 it was 6.5 ,in 2023 Nov again blood was 8 and then Jan 2024 was 12 but now again it's 7.7 I am feeling shortness of breath in normal household chores can't stand longer than 1 to 2 minutes. My heart starts beating fast and I feel difficult to breath if I do little work like even bathing.. kindly provide me the prescription. Also I have swelling in both upper eyelids
