Visited for back pain related issue. Medicine was prescribed by the doctor. X-ray and scanning was done. There was not much waiting time in the hospital. I am good now and no problem. Hospitality was good. Physiotherapy was suggested by doctor. Doctor was friendly.

As per appointment the time was 11.45 am. During confirmation PRO told us to come at 1 pm as doctor was busy in surgery. We went there at 12.45 pm. Till 2.10 pm doctor didn’t inform whether he is coming or not. Despite of several Phone calls from his staff he even not bothered to pickup the phone and reply whether he is cmng or not. We unnecessarily wrested our time in your hospital. It’s is surprising and even shocking that hoe can the most senior doctor behave like ................., person. Henceforth neither we will recommend Shushrut Hospital not we prefer to go there.
