Maam has always been extremely understanding and friendly. Her diet is amazing , it’s a well balanced and healthy one and I never felt like I was hungry or being pressurised into eating things I did not like. I was a kg down within the first week of the diet itself, but in order to do that, I also followed the daily workout which I was supposed to do. Eating healthy doesn’t mean that I didn’t get to eat the food that I wanted to eat; Maam made sure that I do that in the right quantity. She’s extremely good and knowledgable and I would highly recommend being under her guidance

Currently I am going through my sessions with Dr. Sakina; already my three sessions are over with her. I have an excellent experience with her.
Her diet chart is very flexible where I was able to reduce almost 1kg of fat count in just 10 days and almost 1-2 inches of my waist reduction.
