Water in Brain

Headache due to fill the water in Brain. All reports are normal including MRI. There is no issue due to brain tumor and any type of other.The pressure of water from backbone to brain is very high. The doctor take down the water two times from the backbone, but it's not helpful.Also, the fever stay 24 hours.

Regarding dizziness and palpitations

Good morning Last night,  i was sleeping, and i feel chakkar (dizziness) while sleeping at around mid night. I got up at 3 am for toilet and i felt palpitations thn. Skipped beats type. Had bad dreams. Is it a cause to worry? Usually i have good sleep. Is it cardiac related? Beacuse on Google it shows that if you feel dizzy while sleeping thn you should be having heart failure.  All my cardiac tests ecg echo tmt blood tests are normal. Pl guide
