I had problem of dry eyes after lasik surgery. And recently i have started having dry eyelids as well. Can these two be related? Should i consult dermat or opytho? I am not sure if this is some condition which needs detailed diagnosis.

Dear Sir/ma'am, I'm having small dried blood in my nose when I blow it especially in the morning. I suspect it is due to inhaling lot of dust during a construction in my building and a lot of dust entered my room. Also it's happening in summers when I started using my fan, it's been 1.5 months I am experiencing this. When I apply ghee or oil it stops. One more thing is I tried watching inside my nose with a flashlight and inside soft part seemed little scrapped and was bleeding very little. It happens from both nostrils please help.
