Standing position for 6 month old

Is it safe to let a 6 month old stand with some support. My baby tries to pull himself up by holding bed railing however not able to do so. Can I help him stand with fence support. is it safe? He will be 6 months old in couple of days.

Baby is not eating

My 2yr baby is not eating since two days. Neither food nor milk. He had fever before 2 days bt now normal and active too bt not eating anything.denying for milk too .he had no issue of loose motions and no vomiting

Foul smell poop and farting

My baby is 9months 16days old. She is getting farts and her poop is foul smell. She recently cold from nearly one week. what I have to do.

Insufficient milk production

Hello dr,my baby is 35 days old,I'm giving formula milk along with breast feeding,as milk is insufficient for baby,I'm using galacto granules from 1 month but no significant results,what can I do for sufficient milk supply for my baby.

Motions without vomits

My 9 months old son is having motions without vomits from 15 days(2 to 5 times a day)..he is taking his food..i am already giving him antibiotics and econorm from 7 days..do i need to worry or he vil get well by time..plz help..
