I had food poisoning 2-3 days back and was admitted to hospital. They recommended ultrasound test. The report says "Fatty liver grade 1 and mild bulky pancreas". Is it normal or can it be serious? What precautions or medications should I take? Please note- My gall bladder was operated and removed 2 years ago due to gall bladder stones. Is it due to gall bladder?

Hello doctor, Since 1.5 yrs I have been suffering from abdominal pain and gas issue. Sometimes accompanied with loose motions and sometimes constipation. But sometimes even after I pass my stool and have no problem with passing the stool I still get stomach pain and gas. It doesn't go with antibiotics and antacids. It occurs within 1 to 2 months gap and goes away after 15 to 20 days. The abdominal pain is not too severe but a mild pain is always there. I have done sonography too but nothing appeared in it apart from gas. Please help me I am too worried about it .
