Hi respected doctorsss, I'm suffering mid sternum bony pain/tightness/stiffness from a year when i stretch my sternum or causally turn to RIGHT SIDE it makes a bone tick tick sound , it gives me some temporary relief, but after that i feel the same uncomfortable sternum tight feeling... i consulted cardiologist he did ecg echo Tmt, chest PA xray as well and said everything is Normal and did not give any medicine. the pain is very mild but its very uncomfortable having Tightness always my weight is normal and no other problems.... i don't know how this tightness started i dont have previous injury there... can you please prescribe any Gel or Ointments which i can apply to ease my sternum pain/tightness/stiffness...
