My mom had total knee replacement surgery on April 27 th after 5 weeks of surgery she is suffering from body pains mainly on upper back and hands.what is the reason behind this?is it normal after surgery?

My B12 level is 138. i am Vegetarian no addiction having leg pain, fatigue, sleep disorder hence dr suggested B12 test. having ibs diarrhea as well. history of pancreatitis as well. what should I eat to increase B12 levels. i can't digest non veg, milk products kindly advise
Hi. Recently i got BP problem and after taking tablet i got my bp normal. But after getting this pressure raise i feel dizzy always. Particulary while walking or standing for long time. I checked with ENT and neuro everything seems to be normal doctor said. But still i feel like faint. Vitamin d and b12 test also done. Its normal.
