Which shampoo to use
I was using scalp expert it made.my very rough and dry, what other shampoo i can use instead of it. Pls suggest

Not sure when and how to use moisturiser
I went to the dermatologist today for the first time for pimples. He told me that these are because of white heads and blackhead on my face and prescribed me products. Now I am confused as to what to apply in the morning before make up. Should I apply the moisturiser before make up as well or only at night? Burn - first or second deg?
Hi, hot oil splattered on my arm and my first instinct was to put ice. After googling I realized this was a mistake. Ran my arm under cool water for a while. From photos can you please tell me, is this a first or second degree Burn? It looks like blisters will form. I wanted to apply burnol but it says do not use for second degree burns. I also have burnheal which has silver nitrate and chlorhexidine gluconate cream. Which one should I use? Thanks.
