Me nd my partner indulgence in intimacy and Condoms breaks in between the course of intimacy but it breaks before the release of sperm. Does in this case the pregnancy is possible? I was on my fertility cycle

Low sexual desire in my man
We have been married for nearly 3 months . First month of marriage was blissful .Everything was good. From the second month till now the frequent is only 3 times in 60 days. I feel it's not normal . I talked to my husband ,now he didn't feel anything was wrong ,but now with me putting this into his ,he started feeling this too. We do have physical intimacy I form hugs,kisses etc and we known each other since 5 years . He said let's give one more month time , please give me some advice on this so that I can relax .
