I visited Dr. Divyashree in 2017 for the treatment of 4 of my impacted teeth, and before visiting her we also checked on my case from 2-3 other dentists also. So we could say whatever she explained in detail, made complete sense.

She prescribed for braces and also made it very clear that in my case it is going to take a long time. She also told us about the other option (extraction of permanent impacted teeth and doing implantation), in case we don't want to go for braces but she also shared her personal opinion that going for braces is the best option for me.

We listened to her and got started with the treatment.

This is 2021, my braces are removed, it took total 3.5 years for the complete treatment and I am so happy that i chose her.

Such a long time and you're supposed to see your dentist every month during the treatment so I feel it's really important that your dentist has to be as 'patient and hopeful' with the progress in treatment as you yourself are, or may be more than you. And Dr. Divyashree certainly has all these qualities.

And one extra star ⭐ for the staff in the clinic. Everybody is so polite and good. 👍🏻

I visited Smiles N More Dental clinic in September 2020. I had already taken Orthodontics -braces once when I was 22 in the year 2002 and teeth were misaligned after the treatment as I was negligent at wearing the retainers.Later, I was reluctant whether it's possible to take the Orthodontics for second time and also I was not sure, if it's really misaligned,but I was facing difficulty while uttering some words containing ppa,bba,eff etc , where both lips to be touched to make such sounds and I used to get stuck during conversation if such words to be made. Reluctantly,I visited Dr. Divya Shree Rajendra. To my surprise, the Doctor said,it can be corrected!And immediately,she started the Invisalign orthodontics. Now my basic issue has been improved along with my aesthetics too.

I highly recommend Dr. Divya Shree Rajendra for Invisalign orthodontics. I am very thankful to her and her staff for giving me better smile and confidence. She's very professional, ******** quick, friendly and efficient. Without a doubt,you can go to her for your Orthodontics.

Treatment is a bit costly. But it's worth every penny.

I visited Smiles n More clinic, HSR layout, thrice for consulting about tooth extraction and Invisalign treatment.

The first time I visited, I was asked to get a CBCT scan for teeth extraction. After reading the CBCT scan, the dentist recommended that I should go for extraction of 2 teeth & surgical removal of 1 tooth costing 15,000.

Once I confirmed the extraction and sought for an appointment, I was told that charges initially quoted were for 2 teeth. I decided not to get too hung up on this and requested for an appointment. The receptionist said we will have to revisit for Invisalign scan and only post that will I be given an appointment for extraction.

I got the scan for Invisalign done by paying 15,000. On this visit too, no appointment for extraction was confirmed.

I called again the next day for appointment and the receptionist asked for a “preferred date and time” and then said would get back with a confirmation. As I didn’t hear back, I followed up, and again she asked me “preferred date and time”. I followed up thrice over that week to hear the same ******* response. It was as if I was calling the first time, every time, for an appointment.

I decided to let go of this clinic even though I had paid Rs. 15,000 for Invisalign scan - for which, I did not receive the link to the Invisalign treatment plan (to visualise in a laptop). Instead I was sent a photo of the would-be post Invisalign treatment.

A month later I get a call from this clinic saying that I haven’t gotten back to them!

Overall, I had a bad experience with this clinic. I found them playing very hard to get. Did not find them very transparent either. Found it difficult to access the dentist. It didn’t come across to me that they really cared about their patients.

I am getting my treatment done in another clinic with much better response, service, care, and for a much lower price.

Fortunately we met Dr. Divyashree for my 13 year old daughters teeth straightening treatment .Dr told us to cure the problem without any tooth removal. She did it as said. We met many doctors before meeting Dr. Divyashree. Everybody told that we have to remove teeth for this treatment. The confidence Dr. Divyashree gave us to complete the treatment without teeth removal was phenomenal and that made us to start the treatment with Dr Divyashree. At the end we could see awesome result. We are extremely happy in all our visits to see the improvement in treatment. Doctor was always available to answer our queries and curiosity. We were so lucky to meet doctor and came out of the problem with a result exceeding our expectation.
