I would like to explain the entire incident here.
My kid 4-year-old was not well. Symptoms are life cold fever and cuff, and I also had a blood test done where the CRP % was little Hight this was my issue then soon after I visit Dr Gururaj Biradar, he told we need a admission and need to admit for 4 to 5 days then it will be fine. Then he gave me admission form and he called somebody from emergency department and suggested few blood tests worth of 15k but none of the reports are +ve and the issue what he supposed to check (CRP %) he didn’t perform only. And finally, he started the treatment for pneumonia, *** **** ** *** ***** ******* **** **********

Visited Dr. Abhay Kumar (Medical Oncologist)
Dr. Abhay Kumar(Oncology Medical expert) is truly an angel & It's really important to have a doctor who is "there" for patient and makes me confident I'm in good hands. The best part of Dr. Abhay Kumar is his friendly nature talks with my mother, make her happy in all possible way & make my mother so positive to live more and more. Under Dr Abhay Kumar she is really happy and great treatment at the stage-4 cancer. Thank you so so so much for being extremely caring and considerate during this hard time for my mom going through cancer 4th stage. His bedside are so professional and you deserve a standing ovation for answering all of our concerns/questions. He took the time to listen, and hear me out. He is really a blessing to this facility and I would give him triple 5 stars!!!!! God bless Thank you again Dr. Abhay Kumar!!!!
I am writing here this letter of commendation with unfettered total admiration and support of Dr. Abhay Kumar- Oncology Medical(Manipal Hospitals) . After being treatment with advanced prostate cancer, I had my initial meeting with Dr. Abhay Kumar(Oncology medical) and proceeded to my scheduled treatment of chemotherapy and this doctor with profound expertise and integrity, each operating under a collaborative fountainhead of knowledge, care, and genuine simpatico. His support & his staff always providing a positive and friendly daily contact relationship.
From the moment I first walked into Manipal center with some confusions but once I meet with Dr. Abhay Kumar, I was treated with kindness, respect and professional distinction. As I would learn from the many hours I spent in the hospitals of other patients, the level of one’s insurance or specific carrier does not affect the manner in which you are treated by Dr. Abhay Kumar, in fact, the care received and administered is blind to any bureaucratic hindrances. This is a key distinction for any patient, no matter of what socioeconomic origin. Many patients choose to have treatment outside of the India due to the nightmarish pitfalls ingrained in the medical and insurance systems stateside. Manipal Hospital under Dr. Abhay Kumar completely altered my opinion related to medical care here, and I can say I have never seen or experienced such positive and effective cross pollinated practice and treatment under one institutional roof anywhere worldwide.
There is a mystery as to how long any of us will sustain our lives, and I believe the time invested in treatment is a shared benefit derived from the patients(my mother) with whom you are surrounded and the doctors who guide your path to a successful outcome of healing & Dr Abhay Kumar is incredible. Not only has he taken great care of my mother's treatment, but also, he is lovely to speak with at every appointment & complete stay during each chemotherapy and during all visits. It’s rare to find such doctor in Bangalore area that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care & outstanding knowledge in Oncology Medical & he also work with hospital to give you the best concessions and the best cost for chemotherapy.
I am Really very thankful from Heart to Dr. Abhay Kumar and Manipal Hospital for having successfully & painless Chemotherapy of my mother with his excellent practical knowledge, using modern regime for Chemotherapy , highly specialized in Oncology medical. I would definitely recommend him(Dr. Abhay Kumar- Oncology Medical) to all my family, friends & all over the world people. Thank you so much Dr. Abhay Kumar.
Visited Dr. Gururaj Biradar (Pediatrician)
Hoped for better: Treatment satisfaction
I am writing this review to share our disappointing *** *********** experience with Dr. Gururaj Biradar at Manipal Whitefield. My 9-year-old son was suffering from a severe and continuous dry cough, and our encounter with Dr. Biradar was nothing short of disastrous.
We initially consulted several pediatricians and later a pulmonologist at Manipal Whitefield due to the emergency nature of my son's condition. He was admitted to the hospital for 4 days, during which Dr. Biradar prescribed steroids to suppress the cough. However, this temporary solution only masked the symptoms; every time my son stopped taking the steroids, the cough would return as before.
After discharge, Dr. Biradar prescribed medication for 3 days, but my son's cough resumed immediately after completing the course. We were ****** ** return to the emergency department at Manipal Whitefield multiple times. Each time, Dr. Biradar's response was to prescribe more steroids—first for another week and then for 21 days with a moderate dose. Despite these repeated treatments, my son's cough persisted.
****** *** **************** * ********* *** ******* ** **** ******** **** ** *** *********** *** ** *** ****** ********* ** *** ********* **** *** ******* ** ******* ***** ************ **** **** ** ************* *** ******** ** *********** ************ *** *********
After spending approximately three weeks under Dr. Biradar's care without any improvement, we decided to stop consulting with him and sought help from an ENT doctor instead. My son was admitted for 5 days under the new doctor's care and finally received ********* treatment.***** ********** **** *** ******* *** *** **** *********** *** **** *******. ** *** ******** ************* **** ******** **** ******* ** ********* ******* **** ************* * ************ **** ** ************* ****** ** ****** ***** **** ********
What struck me as particularly concerning was Dr. Biradar's approach during both OPD and IP consultations. Despite there being no other patients waiting, he would spend minimal time with us and seemed uninterested in listening to our concerns. During in-patient visits, he would often leave the room within a minute without addressing our issues thoroughly.
While it is true that Dr. Biradar has a pleasant and confident manner of speaking, this does not compensate *** *** ********** treatment he provided. *** ******** ** ******** ******* *********** ***** ********* **** ******** ********** ** ********* ** ************* ******** I would advise others to think twice before consulting with Dr. Gururaj Biradar. *** ********* ******** ***** ***** *** ************* **** ***** ************ *** he seems more focused on quick fixes rather than finding and addressing the root cause of the illness.**** *** *** ****** **** ****** *** **** * ***** *** ** **** ********* *** *********** ********** **** ***** ***** ** **** **** ******** ********** ** *** ********* ***** *** ********** *** **** *********** *** ******** *** * **** **** ****** *** ***** ** * ******* ** ****** ******* ******** ******* **** *** ***** *********
Visited Dr. Manjunath Haridas (GastroIntestinal Surgeon) For Trauma Surgery
Happy with: Doctor friendlinessExplanation of the health issueTreatment satisfactionValue for moneyWait time
Words are short while writing this note to express our humble gratitude to Dr. Manjunath Haridas. It's about a fatal road traffic accident (RTA) of a 27-year-old young man, one of our family members, in Whitefield, Bangalore. His friends have taken him to Emergency of Manipal Hospitals Whitefield (MHW) on accident night. The patient's right side lower abdominal, and pelvic were severely damaged, and the situation was critical.
The following early morning, Dr. Manjunath Haridas received SOS from the hospital and rushed to the operation theater (OT) because there was a requirement for emergency surgery to save the life. Unfortunately, injuries were more critical than estimated from the X-ray, CT & other lab reports.
Dr. Haridas not only assessed the actual damages inside the body but also restructured the badly deformed areas as much as possible and prevented further deterioration in the first and foremost surgery of the patient. He created the opportunity, foundation, and pathway to act on saving the life of a critically injured trauma patient.
Easier said than done. Imagine a surgeon, with no accurate information about the amount of damage inside the body, with no conventional surgery plan, enters into the operation theater, spends hours, and comes out after restraining the out-of-control situation. Such an exceptional attempt needs knowledge beyond the textbooks, experience beyond exposure, and excellence beyond competence. The best example of a surgeon and a professional with the above qualities is Dr. Manjunath Haridas; he identifies problems, figures out the best solutions, plans the treatment well, and, more importantly, executes carefully and smoothly based on the patients' response. Our patient has undergone a series of surgeries by Dr. Haridas during the long course of treatment. A couple of them were on thin ice but performed fair and square. Dr. Haridas can establish a conventional solution to any non-conventional problem.
Also, it is challenging for an emotionally broken family to handle such a traumatic situation. After Bhagwan (the God), next comes a doctor. In addition to all his professional excellence, Dr. Haridas is more than humble, caring, and friendly; he is a person of high integrity, ethics, and values. Human potential is four-dimensional - Body, Mind, Heart, and Spirit. Dr. Manjunath Haridas uses his full potential in all the dimensions for his patient and family.
We wish him a happy, healthy, and long life to serve and save many needy lives.
If you are a patient of Dr. Manjunath Haridas, trust us, and thank God that you are in the best of hands.
Siddhartha and family
