First should appreciate his time he spend to make me fee appreciated,l understand the condition I was suffering from after diagnosis.

He alo made understand that the condition is reverseable He proceeded by explaining me the medical procedure to correct the condition n what we expect during the process.

These gesture gave me assurance that I was in safe hands.

During the procedure he dedicated all his time to me...getting to know the feeling on every move he undertook.

In summary, fairly satisfied.Positives: he had a clear approach to diagnosis and remained friendly & approachable throughout the consultation. The testing facilities are swanky too. His advise appears to be working; it has been a few weeks since the consultation and I have been feeling better & more equipped to deal with what seems to be a relatively unusual disease.Negatives: the doctor promised to send an email detailing his diagnosis, suggested course of treatment and do's & don'ts, etc. later as he was running late towards the end of my consultation. The email never came through! Since he over -promised and under-delivered, it has left me with no written proof of ever being diagnosed with any ailment!!The lady at the front desk seemed genuinely disinterested in the going-on's

Dr. Tushar is very friendly doctor and explains problem in simple words.

Best thing is that they adhere appointment time and you do not have to wait or maybe sometime 5 to 10 minutes maximum is waiting period

Dr Malik was extremely professional and yet very warm. He understood the complaint patiently, explained the problem very clearly and advised the next course of action.
