Even the prescription was handed over by reception n upon asking who would guide us on medication , she said chemist and I was literally smiling as I should have paid doctor fee also to the chemist as well

Hated this kind of treatment *** **** ***** **** ******** everywhere and hospital staff was mostly unavailable *** **** **** *** ***** ******** *** ** *** *****

Doctor Bilal is a very experienced and helpful doctor. He has been very efficient in treating the elbow fracture and spinal injury of my mother.

He also gives suggestions for excercise or different conditions like migraines and others in Physiotherapy.

Despite having made an appointment, we had to wait for over an hour because the doctor was in surgery. We expected the appointment to align with the doctor's schedule, but upon arrival at the hospital, the receptionist repeatedly told us that the doctor would be available in 15 minutes. Consequently, after waiting for more than an hour, we had no choice but to leave. It's important to be prepared for delays, as it seems that our time was not respected. Hospital Front Office is the issue as they don't know what time they have to provide to the patients.

The doctor arrived after an hour and they even charged me extra money for which others were paying less and even on practo it was showing less.
