After my first consultation, he tested my overall psychological status and diagnosed me with major depression and borderline personality disorder, which infact I didn't even know if I was living with . ***** *** **** ********* , expertise in psychology and passion to heal the clients , he gave me right treatment of Dialectical and Cognitive Behavior Therapy that includes relaxation techniques for calming down the nerves, strategies for coping with stress in life. Every time we meet, doctor greets with warm smile and greetings which itself heals half of the problems. He actively listens to our concerns and probes to find out those that aren't even top of the mind and addresses them immediately. While leaving after each session, felt happy and enthusiastic throughout the day. He emphasizes the role of lifestyle , physical activity , harmony in relationships in the context of mental health. Each session helps you learn something new regarding psychology and about yourself. As the time progressed with the periodical therapy sessions , within few weeks of time I became more calm, peaceful, happy and harmonious in work & family relationships and overall quality of life improved drastically. Inculcated new healthy habits like regular physical activity , laying out goals that make me happy and pursue it rigorously.
