Dr Prathamesh gave the appointment promptly at my convenient day and time! I was able to meet the Dr immediately with minimum details asked by reception ladies, courteous.
I was a bit tense and Dr Prathamesh made relax with his calm and patient manner and listening without interrupting or cutting me short! He did all the check-ups himself and I found him to be very professional, compassionate, mature and friendly. At no point did I feel rushed. His diagnosis was based on a thorough investigation and he also suggested how best my eyes could be taken care of in future too! Prathmesh operated on my mother of catarct. My mother is a patient who is very afraid of doctors. But Prathmesh and team made it a breeze. She was very happy to speak with prathmesh who was able to convincingly help her in doing cataract surgery.
