Went for teeth cleaning, whitening, polishing and buffing.

Dr. Nikita is one of the best dentists i've ever visited.

She explained the entire procedure and calmed me down.

Overall vibe of the place is also good. Read a lot of reviews before going and the doctors did not disappoint when it comes to making you feel comfortable and in a safe space.

However, I am not very satisfied with the end result.

Writing this review around 12 days after the procedure has been done.

Cleaning part was good. But whitening and bleaching hasn't been effective.

On a shade card, i may have gone 2-3 shades lighter. That's it. Not even close to white.

Even have some rough feeling on 2 of my teeth - including 1 pre-molar.

Expected a better end result from the process. Not satisfied. I don't even know the next steps now.

1.5/5 for the result.

Would appreciate if someone can call me up from the clinic and advice on what can be done to make the situation better.

Even though Dr. Nikita was a gem of a doctor, I am not happy with the result!

Dr.Nitesh Motwani was very professional yet had this beautiful family vibe, we had 2 wisdom tooth (my wife and mine ) removed and it was taken care so well that we didn’t feel any pain during it after the the surgery.

My wife also had her root canal treatment done by Dr.Riddhi and she was so patient and kind at the same time.

She was really good, Her treatment was so well taken care of and now we are free of worries.

Dr.Nitesh your clinic is what we will visit hereafter for any checkup or clean up. Our generation onwards ☺️

Dr. Motwani, his wife and the entire staff are very professional. They create a safe space where your issue is diagnosed correctly and is swiftly resolved.

And overseeing it is the captain Dr. Motwani who will ease your fears and guide you for the best course possible. His follow ups, patient care pre and post visit are what makes them stand out.

I have received treatments by Dr. Nitesh & Dr.Nikita Motwani and Dr. Anita, the doctors and their staff are professionals. The Dental clinic is immaculate, kept with high standards of hygiene and comfort. The doctors are honest and through in explaining dental issues before beginning treatment. Plus every team member are extremely helpful, working together as a team to help keep me comfortable while the procedures are performed. Also Priya is a sweet and diligent at the reception to handle scheduling of appointments and any issues with ease. Thank you to everyone at Smile Concepts for taking care of me and my dental health.
