I had gone to her since I found it difficult to walk more than 30 meters at a time. I was to travel to Europe on work in 2 months and needed to be fit. Her accurate identification of what was needed to be done and 15 session protocol ensured that I could walk upto 7.5 kms a day on some of the days I was in Europe.

I’m continuing the sessions as I want to be fit for my age. Dr Shweta is my regular physio who has imbibed the qualities of Dr Garima. I have full confidence that I’m getting the best treatment.

Excellent experience with Dr. Garima and team. I was suffering from severe sciatica. Within few minutes she knew what was troubling me and in about a couple of weeks I could walk, sit and stand without any trouble. But we need to follow her instructions and do regular exercises as advised for quick relief. They use advanced technology to help in recovery. She is simply the best with her physiotherapy but also a humble human being, rare to find in today's world. The biggest gift is she has got miraculous hands that heal. God bless her always. I came to Dr Garima with a painful neck and shoulder an added pain to an already existing back ache.

After careful evaluation a couple of sessions of micro current and exercises the full on treatment began. It involved exercises to strengthen the back shoulder and neck muscles. Also focused on posture awareness.

Amazingly the pain reduced and muscles relaxed.

I had L4-L5 Disc Bulge & Disc Herniation with acute sciatica pain. I had consulted with an Orthopedic doctor who recommended surgery but only after checking the results of physiotherapy after after 10 days. I decided to take a second opinion and consulted with Dr Garima Anandani. I was examined by Dr Garima Anandani and was prescribed a few exercises to relieve the pain. I began to experience reduction in pain from day one. Dr Garima ensured that my therapy was in order and my healing was on track. My physiotherapy was 15 hours and supervised and administered by Dr Shweta Zende who has been outstanding in her efforts during my therapy. I would highly recommend this clinic as the doctors are very ************* friendly and compassionate ( very important when you are in lot of pain). I value all the advice and tips that they have given me. I am now able to conduct all my activities as usual with no pain.
