I came to Dr Garima with a painful neck and shoulder an added pain to an already existing back ache.

After careful evaluation a couple of sessions of micro current and exercises the full on treatment began. It involved exercises to strengthen the back shoulder and neck muscles. Also focused on posture awareness.

Amazingly the pain reduced and muscles relaxed.

Would recommend Dr Garima Dr Shweta and team to help provide relief. It’s a good combination of care team work and effort to make you feel better

Hi I would like to share my heart felt feelings about Dr Avanti.

She is the most sincere doctor i have come across and in a few words i can describe her. She has a miracle touch and God has really blessed her with a healing touch.

Once i had a pinched nerve , and my hand went numb i was so disturbed she assured me it will be ok in 3 days , and before the third sitting i was cured . She never tries to prolong the sittings she will teach u the exercise and ask u to continue at home .

I even had a severe back problem and could not get up from the bed and in a week i was up and moving with one week of her treatment she is truly dedicated to her profession .

I think tender care should be named as miracle touch or healing touch .

I am visiting this clinic for the past 10 years now as there are many injuries we welcome :) (being an athlete)

Till date not a single case has been unresolved as the kind of assessment Dr. Avanti does is phenomenal.

She gets into the root cause by pulling out history and treats accordingly (so not just short but a long term healing)

I had L4-L5 Disc Bulge & Disc Herniation with acute sciatica pain. I had consulted with an Orthopedic doctor who recommended surgery but only after checking the results of physiotherapy after after 10 days. I decided to take a second opinion and consulted with Dr Garima Anandani. I was examined by Dr Garima Anandani and was prescribed a few exercises to relieve the pain. I began to experience reduction in pain from day one. Dr Garima ensured that my therapy was in order and my healing was on track. My physiotherapy was 15 hours and supervised and administered by Dr Shweta Zende who has been outstanding in her efforts during my therapy. I would highly recommend this clinic as the doctors are very ************* friendly and compassionate ( very important when you are in lot of pain). I value all the advice and tips that they have given me. I am now able to conduct all my activities as usual with no pain.
