My wife was suffering with severe dizzyness problem, Since June 2022, it was unbearable to her to remain in that condition through out the day. Initially, i took her to neurologist, who could not diaogonse her clearly. Then we showed her to Neuro Surgen, who after taking MRI / CT scan, diagonised that she is having spondilysis, accordingly we started her medication. But her problem was not solved, then NeuroSurgeon advised to take Opinion of ENT specialist. We started google search and found that review of patients gone through same problem n got treated by Dr. Bhatti ji n decided to take his opinion. We visited Dr. Bhatti ji's clinic on Jun 25, 2022, after undergoing various tests, we came to that she is having BPPV. Accordingly she was advised to take medication and to do regular exercises as recommended by Dr Bhatt ji. After taking medication and doing regular exercise she started feeling better. Dr. also told that her hearing sense ha become hypersensitive , so she has to take care. But even after taking care of that due to noise pollution around , sometime she start complaining of dizziness problem. But after consulting Dr. Bhatti ji and taking regular medication she feels better.

My wife is almost feeling better compare to the most tragedic days while she was having before taking treatment by Dr. Bhatt ji.

We express our sheer gratitude to Dr. Bhatti ji for solving my wife's most critical problem. Because of his proper diagonising and advising medication n recommending exercise my wife got new life from earlier most horrible one.

My daughter has been having nose bleeds since the beginning of the lockdown. We were apprehensive about going to a hospital or clinic in this situation. Initially we managed at home with house remedies but the concern was always there. So we made the decision of going to Prudent Clinic. It is a spacious clinic with proper distancing, minimal wait time as they are giving only a fixed number of appointments per day. We were able to consult the doctor, Dr, Sumit Bhatti who laid to rest our fears, examined, explained first aid for nose bleeds and gave treatment after which we were back home soon. My daughter is comfortable now and she has not had any nose bleed since then. Dr. Bhatti also explained that if there is any nose bleed in the future, we can contact him anytime on the phone for immediate assistance at multiple hospitals in the city any time of the day to night. He has emergency back-up with students, assistants at multiple major hospitals in the city. So we are now confident of managing my daughters nose bleeds if the need arises.

One of the poor experience I had visiting prudent & this. While taking appointment I clearly said it’s for a 6 year old child wax removal. I should have been proactively informed that this clinic doesn’t have facility for the same. No interest in doing so but as a customer I have full right to clarify my ask. Just because you don’t have that facility you can’t get rude & dictate me the years of experience you carry & how long this way of treatment is ongoing. To an extent doctor crushed the prescription paper & asked his secretary to “throw us out from here” ******** ***** ** ****** ** **** ** ****** *********** ******* **** **** ******* * **** *** *** *** **** ********

Never never visit prudent & the doctor!!!!

I visited this clinic for teeth cleaning, Dr Puja told to have 3 sittings to clean the teeth completely and told in last session she would check again.

Teeth cleaning is done by the associates and not by actual Dr Puja.

First two sittings were pretty good, the associate Dr did good work, but in the last sitting, associate Dr got changed and that was the bad experience I had.******* *** * ******* ** *** ***** ******** ******* *** *** ********* ** *** *** ******* *** ** *** ******** ***** ****** **** *** ********* ** ****** ** ******* *** ** ******* *** *** *** ********

In 2nd setting I was told that last sitting will be under adminstration of Dr Puja as she told that I would like to see the 3rd sitting. Because of this, the dates were delayed because Dr Puja was not in clinic for some days.

In 3rd sitting, the associate Dr had done nothing, she just cleaned the teeth where it was already done in past 2 sitting. * ***** ** *** ** ** ****

In the last sitting, Dr Puja didn't come up to check if everything is good or not, more over I saw she was busy in winding the clinic as it was arround 8 PM. There is no mechanism in place where she can get to know that was told previously, hence this happened.

Just a thought if you can't or don't want to handle patients after 8 PM, then why you are taking appointment of 7.45 PM?

Here Dr Puja comes no where in the picture, * **** ***** **** ** *** ** **** ** **** **** every thing is done by her associates. Only consultation is done by her actual teeth cleaning is carried by the associates.

I would suggest to find some other Dr rather than Dr Puja* ** *** *** ***** *** ***** *********

Dr. Bhatti is extremely cordial and gave me ample time to explain my ailment. He then, explained all the possible underlying physiological causes and even shared with me the clinical advances that had been made in the field of allergy treatment. The doctor is also sensitive towards the expenses of tests and treatments and very wisely adopts a staggered approach to diagnosis and corrective action. I am glad to have engaged with Dr. Bhatti and am confident that he will guide me well through my ailments.

I visited her 2 weeks back and she was courteous enough to.listen to my issue for half an hour.

However I never wish to visit her again reasons been :

1. Consultation fee was 500 rupees whereas she charged 900 rupees because she gave 30mins session.

2. Secondly she gave medicine without giving any prescription or even of mentioning the name of medicines.

Upon asking she mentioned she doesn't share prescription with guest.

She has some weird explanation and I would suggest all to look for other doctors in Pune.

I am never going back.

I was a little hesitant at first but when I first met him he instantly made me feel comfortable and it was very easy to open up about my issues. He is really cool and very polite at the same time.It’s basically like you’re talking to a close friend, and throat is something I really appreciate.I’ve been going to him for just a couple of weeks now and the results are exceptional, I couldn’t have been happier. A BIG thanks to doctor for helping me deal with my anxiety and depression, I feel like a brand new person. A new me, if you will. Highly recommend!

Despite living in Mumbai, I come down to Pune for any and all dental needs as I fully trust Dr. Pooja to do what is best for me. No safety regarding covid in clinic except for doctor as he will treat you through glass window.

Took a look at my ear pain from glass door with the same attached rubber gloves to window. Told me it's ear infections and prescribe me costly medicine ***** ***** ****** *** * **** ** *** ********* **** **** **** ***** ****** *** ***** *** ***** finally went to another doctor *** **** ** * *** * **** *** ** ** *** *** ******* *** ****** * *** ** **** *********
