Visited Dr. Nagarathna D S (Gynecologist)
I was appalled by the way this doctor treated me when I went for a consultation at Apollo clinic in Koramangala. She showed up late by over 40 minutes to both appointments **** *** ****** **** **** *** *** ***** * *********** **** **** **** *** ******** And to make things worse, I was treated very rudely and disrespectfully by her. The first time it was just me, she didn't bother to ask me my name.. and when I was explaining to her what the problem was she rudely cut me off, to ask me questions about my age etc, without even looking at my face. Then she told me to lose weight (which is fine), but when I asked her for advice on how to lose weight, she didn't even bother to look up from her phone and told me very impolitely and haughtily that there is no magic pill for weight loss (I'm well aware of this, but a doctor's opinion is valued). *** ****** ** ***** *** ******* this time I took my mother with me, as after the first visit I went home almost in tears because of the way I was treated. She wouldn't allow my mother to enter the consultation room, so my mother said she will wait outside the door. In response, the doctor asked me and my mother if we understand English. At this, I lost my temper and gave her a piece of my mind. She did look at my test results and give me a prescription, *** * ** **** ***** *** * *** ****** *** ****** **** Overall it was a very unpleasant experience *** ** ***** ** *** ****** **** *** ****** ***** * ** ***** ******** Visiting a hospital is stressful as it is, *** ******* **** *********** **** *** ******* * *** **** ******* **** ********** * **** doctor will put your mind at ease and comfort you in addition to treating your illness, and going by those standards, ********** ** *** * **** ******* Please avoid this doctor.

It's rare to encounter such exceptional doctors. We found this doctor through a reference when my father fractured his ankle. He needed immediate surgery with titanium plates and it took nearly a year for him to walk properly again as he is a senior citizen. He eventually recovered well and fine now.
From our first contact, the doctor promptly attended to my father's case, providing all the necessary care. Most good doctors fulfill their basic responsibilities, but only a few go the extra mile to ensure their patients receive the best care possible. This doctor did exactly that.
He ensured we received the right services at the Hospital, helped us through the insurance process, conscious about the budget, provided comprehensive information on the recovery timeline, and outlined the necessary measures and medications. He was also very attentive to my parents' needs, given their age, and was always available for direct assistance.
Given that my parents live in a different city, he followed up with them for weeks after the surgery to ensure my father was recovering well. He even provided a reference for another doctor in the other city if needed.
I've never met a doctor like him and strongly recommend him for any orthopedic care.
Visited Dr. Safia Tanyeem (Dermatologist) For Skin Conditions
Hoped for better: Wait time
I had booked an appointment with Dr. Safia at 5pm. We reached the clinic before 5. We waited till 5:30 pm and then we asked the reception about the doctor. The receptionist mentioned that the doctor will arrive at 7pm instead of 5pm and inspite of knowing this fact for half an hour, the receptionist did not inform us. After that, the receptionist asked us to visit at 7pm. Before visiting, we called the clinic’s reception at 7pm. She informed us the doctor has still not arrived and she will call back once the doctor will come. But we never got any callback. It was a horrible experience as we had an emergency case due to a burn problem. No professionalism. Will not suggest anyone to visit again

My daughter was having a bad cough and I was worried. I was wondering who is a good paediatric available to show ,that's when my spouse searched in Google and got information about Dr Ganesh Kamath, after seeing the positive reviews we decided to go and consult the doctor and thankfully it was a wonderful experience. Dr Ganesh patiently listened to all the symptom and advised this is the issue. Such a soft spoken doctor. He will only prescribe medicine if required. I would highly recommend parents if they want to consult a paediatric please approach Dr. Ganesh
