I'm 2 years postpartum with my first child (C-section). My belly was huge from pregnancy and I still keep looking like pregnant. My gynic doctor just suggested me to do some simple exercises at home.... Tried different abdominal binders and exercises. Exercises worked on my whole body except my tummy... Very recently I got to know that I've DR and Umbilical Hernia.... Another gynic suggested me to do Yoga.... Everyone just kept telling me- go for next pregnancy- stomach would get automatically set, etc ... I'm fed up with all the suggestions as I knew something was wrong with my body but don't know whom to be approached..
One day, luckily I came across one of the YouTube shorts by Pooja mam Arogya Physio- only then I came to know that this condition of mine can be treated by Physiotherapy. Then I got enrolled into online workshop and it's my first step towards improvement of my situation.
Classes were very good- here I got to know how to engage core with deep breathing which is very crucial for muscle strengthening.. they'll show us how to do exercises at a moderate pace- will make us do- correct us... Best part, they take only limited people per batch so that they can give one-on-one guidance... Not only exercises, Diet consultation is also included because of which I got to know about my Iron deficiency... They show sitting, standing, sleeping all kind of exercises so that we can pick any of our choice and put them into practice as per our situations... With 3 weeks of workshop, I could see improvement in my belly... Each body is different and it may take more time for me. I'm very happy that my body is responding and improving day-by-day with these exercises and proper diet...
The whole Team is very friendly and Pooja mam is the best❤️. I've never seen a Doctor who is so friendly, motivating and always smiling.. I wanted to take offline treatment as well.. Will definitely plan for it for my speed recovery & wanted to experience Pooja Mam's magical treatment in person..
I would definitely recommend Arogya Physio to all the people who are suffering with different issues. Main thing, awareness is missing regarding DR- Happy that Arogya physio started online workshops... This is the 2nd batch🙂

I know Dr.Pooja through the 30 days fitness plan, and had visited her 6-7 months back for frequent lower back pain issues while exercising. That’s when she diagnosed that I have diastesis recti - a term which was new to me, and I’m sure a lot of us are not aware of. It basically meant that my abdominal muscles haven’t got back to their position post pregnancy and I had a 7 finger * 4.5 finger gap between these muscles, which was in turn giving me poor core strength and imbalance - the root cause of the back pain. When the back pains started getting more frequent, it started affecting my workout progress and I decided to get this fixed from Dr. Pooja.
I was recommended 6 sittings of treatment which was a combination of manual therapy and exercises. The doctor was always very considerate about the fact that I was travelling 20+ kms one way to get the treatment done, and there was no wait time. Every step was clearly explained and the doctor was available to clarify any and all questions that came up in this process. After 3-4 sessions itself, I was able to feel my waist size going down and felt at ease doing some core muscle related activities like lying down flat and lifting my legs up. Now, after just 6 sessions, the gap has come down to 2 finger * 1.5 finger (which is no longer considered as diastesis recti): all thanks to Dr. Pooja’s extremely skilled and focused treatment style.
I can’t begin to say how thankful I am to the doctor for not only raising awareness around this issue with most post partum women may have (but are unaware of), but also fixing it for me within a week. I’m grateful to have been in the right place at the right time and I encourage all post partum moms to get yourself checked with a physiotherapist to rule out this condition or fix it early - so it doesn’t cause further downstream problems in the future.
Once again, HUGE thanks to Dr. Pooja and her team :)

I have known Dr. Pooja almost for a decade now .. however this was the first instance when I had consulted her and that too when nothing else seemed to work for me, she served as the shining beacon of hope ... I had suffered an ankle injury i.e. ligament tear about 4 months ago and what initially looked pretty harmless turned into a serious concern when I couldn't manage to walk properly and suffered recurring pain even after following all the medications / precautions for 3+ months and next step advised was to go for a complicated ligament construction surgery... This is when I consulted Pooja and the complicated surgery was replaced by 1 hour physiotherapy sessions comprising of Ultrasound & laser for 3 consecutive days, followed by simple ankle strengthening exercises to be done at home ... There was significant improvement after the sessions and I feel much better now ... At times along with healthcare assistance one needs moral support too ... And Pooja was just amazing at that along with prescribing me the right course of treatment! Special thanks to Dr. Simran who had attended me ... She seemed to know her craft, communicated the process in great detail and administered it with great efficiency and empathy ...

Dear Dr. Munesh,
I wanted to express our deepest gratitude for the incredible care and support you've provided to my wife, Chinmai, during her post-operation physiotherapy. When Chinmai faced a left arm fracture with complete radial nerve palsy, we were understandably worried. However, your expertise and dedication have been nothing short of remarkable.
Under your guidance, Chinmai has made remarkable progress. She can now move her arm, wrist, and fingers, which was something we couldn't have imagined during the initial stages of her treatment. Your knowledge, patience, and encouragement have played a crucial role in her recovery, and for that, we are truly thankful.
Your commitment to her well-being, as well as your kindness and reassurance throughout this process, have made all the difference. We have the utmost respect for your professionalism and the positive impact you've had on Chinmai's life.
Thank you, Dr. Munesh, for going above and beyond in your role as a physiotherapist. We can't express how grateful we are for your exceptional care. You've not only improved her physical health but also her overall outlook and confidence.
