I'm currently having an unsatisfactory treatment at this facility; their communication is delayed, their diet plans are inflexible, and they do not listen to my concerns.
I have never been to a dietitian before, so perhaps this doctor is better than the others. But she did not seem interested in my vitamin deficiencies or build the diet plan towards them. Her subordinate dietitian refuses to change my diet plan consistently; even while I'm explaining my hairfall issues or the fact that certain foods on my diet plan are foods I do not eat.
It has been five weeks and my weight has not budged. I paid a large amount of money for the three month package and it's nearly halfway over.
While they have finally agreed to edit my diet plan, now they keep delaying saying the doctor is unwell, travelling etc. They also need to understand that for working professionals, it is impossible to pick up calls during office hours and they should schedule it in advance.
I would rather use online free diet charts. They will not refund the money.

Really blessed to meet Dr Nafeesa.. a doctor who deals with patience and understands our concerns before jumping into conclusions. She has not only given a very helpful diet plan but also given my mother the confidence that she can follow diet and reduce weight.
It is worth investing in correcting lifestyle & improving health. If we don't do it at the right time we end up paying hefty bills in hospitals, plus going through the stress.

I consulted Dr. Nafeesa for losing weight as well as correcting my medical conditions, like hypertension and cholesterol at an age of 60yrs. I was referred by one of my colleague who had consulted her and got very good results.
I had followed meticulously the diet prescription given by her. She gave me the diet prescription after completely understanding my medical conditions, my age and my lifestyle.
