I took an appointment to get a checkup done on the inflammation in my molar tooth. On my first visit i was seen by Dr. Akshaya Reddy who diagnosed me with inflammation/infection and also clearly explained that i needed a root canal (looking at the the x-ray images) and the extent of the damage or decay of the tooth will be known after removing the existing crown. In the next few visits Dr, Akshaya Reddy did a remarkable job of thoroughly drilling the 3 canals , cleaning and plugging them perfectly. She is very skillful, patient, very meticulous and detail oriented and put up with all my relevant questions through the whole process. This was an very good experience compared to my routine checkups in US. The outcome of the whole root canal treatment was superb. No discomfort or pain throughout and in the second visit she unplugged the canals and re-plugged them after cleaning them again. She purposely took multiple visits to make sure that the infection was completely gone and I could handle the procedure without pain. This time she plugged and sealed it and sent me home for the next visits for measurements and crown fitting.

The third visit was completely under the care of Dr Smitha Nagaraj who is also an amazing doctor very skilled, meticulous and very detail oriented and does not compromise on quality. I preferred to have a Monoblock Zirconium crown fitted. She insisted on getting the exact measurement , multiple tries and finally got what she intended. She also permanently plugged the 3 canals with GP and sealed it for good. She also sealed on top of the canals with zinc oxide composite and took measurements later.

She not only is good by herself but she goes out of her way to bring everybody in her team up to speed about the patients. This way they are aware of problems and solutions as part of ongoing collaboration and training. This is a very good practice. She completed the crown fitting the 4th visit to perfection. I am really very happy with the outcome. The crown is so well set i hardly feel the presence and there is no difference from the natural tooth. This was really neat. Thank you .

As a 54 year old Founder of an international project I have travelled the world and interacted with dentists on 3 continents. For 4 years I have been struggling with dental issues. Third is her commitment to the least invasive, simplest, cost effective solution possible. This truly amazes me in a time where many people are strongly influenced by monetary motivations.

I highly recommend Dr Smitha from Lalitha Dental Speciality Centre. After more than 5 decades I have found a dentist to return to. Have no doubt and experience the service for yourself.

Dr Akshaya is very professional, pleasant *** ************* and knows what she is doing. She listens to your problems, understands and recommends the right treatment plans and gives you the options with pros and cons of each solution. For most of the patients in INDIA this might feel redundant/not needed but I prefer to see things in detail , understand and make my decisions based solely on my comfort zone and of course permanent remedy for my ailment. Most Important thing is she is very approachable and always on time and always there when needed.

Dr sravanthi is very friendly ..*************** ..workaholic.. duty conscious doctor with smiling face ...Her art of treatement deserves appreciation as she is explaing to the patient what she is doing so has to keep in formed to patient about progress of the treatement and off course to divert the attention of the patient so has to concentrate her job to get it done hassle-free. ..giving pause in between understanding the patents feeling and grasp the pain from patents face and eye expressions.... She is so helpful and co operative by adjusting the seating or laying postures as per my comfort as I am a spine patient even if it has become little bit uncomfortable to her.

I strongly recommend especially for senior citizens and CGHS Beneficiaries to utilize Dr sravanthi dedicated service.
