I Had a severe Foot pain a month back, Had an appointment with Dr. Ambika, She was kind enough to answer all my questions, Her Diagnosis is perfect, she clearly explains the concern in a layman’s point of view,

She taught me some exercises and gave me ultrasound treatment that gave me a great relief and helped in pain reduction,

Gradually the pain reduced and i completely got cured within three days, I have included those exercises in my daily routine.

I went to Dr. Ambika for my hand pain. I am a teacher by profession and correcting answerscripts for a prolonged period of time and so developed this pain. Iam suffering from this pain since a year. She is friendly and good in diagnosing and she told, it is curable with sessions, correct posture and with regular exercises. She taught me few exercises that should be done on a regular basis. Also corrected my sitting posture. I followed her instructions and started doing it. Iam getting good results and able to do paper corrections with ease.
