Nothing else needs to be answered for your ridiculous review. But there is an old age person involved here for which I want people to know some basic things. Your father doesn't have dementia but he was already on so many anti-dementing medications that the actual clinical picture was masked. The emotional reactivity was covered and I was sensing some depressive state. The psychiatric interviewing techniques try to unravel the emotional reactivity therefore sometimes jokes and laughing is involved as a part of the interviewing. This is the reason that when I am interviewing old age patient I ask family members to stay outside. I don't really care about people with half baked knowledge like yours. But your father's condition in my assessment is not dementia but pseudo dementia. Something which you will never understand by your attitude. If we are not giving anti depressants to pseudo dementia patients, we are allow the depression to increase further and therefore the cognitive deterioration as well. I was confrontative to you, not to your father because your were talking all sorts of wrong things in an over-confident way. Such presumptuous people like your kind self are the biggest hurdles to a proper treatment.

Yes I will block any patient that I feel like. A doctor has the right to refuse any patient. You or any other person cannot take away that right. You need to understand that you are consulting a doctor not a personal assistant. Yes I didn't reply to his messages because he was asking questions which were already answered in the session. This is reassurance seeking behavior which has to be discouraged. When he called me I was in ICU seeing emergency cases. Phone calls are not allowed there. You and your brother have to stop thinking that you are some special people who will be given preference over other who is in an ICU condition. And upon that, as soon as I disconnect his call, he sends me a message which ended with the sentence: " I am better off without your help". This is a clear refusal of treatment and my pursuance of treatment beyond that is illegal according to Chapter No.3 of Mental healthcare Act 2017. But even beyond all these, I want every one to know that I will treat as per the scientific protocols and not according to your imaginations and unrealistic expectations. I also request you to teach your brother some manners and I request you to understand that a doctor is not your personal assistant and I request you both to understand that your VIP status doesn't apply infront of all the doctors.
