Listens carefully. Suggests very simple and extremely effective solutions. She lets you as as many questions as you want. She always makes sure that you have clarity when she suggests a solution as to why it's the best.

This was my first session with her and she was very supportive and understanding. What I liked about her was that she first build rapport with me and then started discussing the problem, Also she put things into perspective for me.

Instead of co-relating my problem with mental health issue she advised certain lifestyle changes which were quite obvious. Also, she linked my anxiety issues to ancient Hindu techniques. The price of the consultation was Rs. 1500 and I do not think it was worth it!

Dr.Geetha is an excellent listener and counselled me in a manner that made me realise simple changes that I can make in my own life to make it much easier for me. I initially started going to her for help in dealing with exam anxiety but then also went back to her for other issues as well. Sometimes all you need is an unbiased listener who can give you rational suggestions and I found Dr.Geetha to be very helpful in this regard. I would highly recommend her!
