Dr. Anand Shenoy

I met the doc Mr Anand Shenoy regarding the heart issue for my cousin.. Before meeting the doc we were in like deep concern about our issue. But we stepped out with a positive feeling, support and positive report after meeting him.

He is an outstanding person. I have never seen a doc who responds when you contact him personally. Best thing in him was, even though he works for big big hospitals, as our case was urgent he asked us come directly instead of seeking for bloody pre formalities or appointments especially when we are coming from other states. Great person. He listened the case carefully, he checked our each and every previous reports. He made us very clear what the actual issue is. Overall the treatment was fully satisfied. He might have number of number of cases in his 18 years of experience, but he treated us like his first case!! Inspired a lot!! Thank you!!

Ever Since I started using Practo, I have experienced a really fast and excellent service from them. It has saved a lot of time while getting on time consultation. And Dr. Anand Shenoy is the one who I know for years. Since he is conscious about my medical history, he doesn't recommend for any tests unless needed. His treatment have satisfied me to a large extent. I am happy with all the services.

He scribbled medicines on tye prescription which I could understand. I was never let to talk , he just said some early morning at 7am and they start the process of angiography.

This attitude of the Doctor was shocking, he never had the patience to handle the patient. I would suggest not to visit this Doctor

Surely he can be a great doctor by academics, experience, statuture, and expertise, *** ***** ** ******* ** ********* ************* No longer patients are satisfied with a yes/no binary answer. Visited Manipal Old Airport road for my Uncle's heart check. I respect Dr. Shenoy for not giving unnecessary tests which is the reason why my uncle traveled all the way from Bengal. When I asked how I could understand/read the echo and ecg reports, I was shocked by his response.

He said you need to study medicine/mbbs. I politely repeated how can a common man read it as I was interested. He responded saying giving an analogy - how can an aeronautical engineer explain physics to a common man. I left his chamber after realising his disinterest in explaining me. This is an altogether different experience ******** ** ******** **** ********* ******** ********* ** ****** ***** *** ******* **** *** ******** ****** ** ******* ********

Just asked us if we have insurance, we can come next week and get the test done. Total time spent on consultation was less than 2 minutes and I paid Rs 750 for consultation. **** *** ** *** *** ******* ******* ******** ***** *****

Had high triglycerides levels and low HDL. He didn't even bother about the problem. Told me I have seen people having double of your problem. Seems like you need to be at last stage of your problem, then only he will take seriously. Didn't want to listen what my doubts are. He won't even let you speak. Told me to drink whiskey to increase HDL while my triglycerides are high!!

The consultation seemed all fine with well organised schedule and formal management. Most probably, 15 minutes was the wait time I noted during my visit. The diagnosis was clearly explained by the doctor and an accurate prescription was given. I am highly satisfied with the treatment.

I had been to Manipal Hospital for Health Check there I came to know that I have Congential Heart Defect. So physician advised me to contact Dr.Anand Shenoy. First he asked whether I have any symptoms I replied him "no''.Later he asked if this is the first time I told him i had consulted in other hospital they said everything is normal. He shouted at me saying "How come this can be normal, this is congential heart defect. He didnt even explain about the issue.

Provides suitable suggestions to keep healthy. Motivates patient and keep happy. Encourages patient to follow medication and cardiac health guidelines.low waiting time.

Absolutely pleasurable experience. Doctor Shenoy showed such personal interest in my mothers condition and concern. He went out of his way to help us. Extremely energetic and positive person and obviously an ace in his field.
