I had severe Kidney stone pain from one week and I visited many so called big hospitals and i didnt get proper explanation and solution for the problem. Then I visited Ratkals Rescue Hospital, here Dr CS Ratkal sir explained the problem calmly and suggested URS surgery later I was admitted on same day for surgery carried by Dr CS Ratkal and Dr Vishal Ratkal sir and next day I got discharged. Within a day my pain relieved and I was back to normal.

Yes, it was a pleasant experience for me and my family today.Actually I traveled all the way from DAVANGERE to Bangalore (260 kms), just to meet doctor's and get the prostate abscissa drained off.

And I was very much bothered with my condition.

But, after entering to the hospital and after the preliminary diagnosis with Dr.Vishal Ratkal, the way they treated me , consoled me, and explained the situation of my problem,so justified diagnosis, it made me so relaxed and happy. I was in a mindset to get the draining operation done, but, the senior doctor Dr. Chandrashekhar Ratkal Sir, so commitedly diagnoised me again and advised me to just go with IV injection and antibiotics only...and no other procedures....this was really amazing experience for me. And, surprisingly, with a tough situation of Corona at Bangalore,and with a age of 65+, Dr. CS Ratkal Sir, treated me so godly and also the Hospital's neat atmosphere and the homliness of the staff made us so happy that we felt we are at safemost hands.

This is our experience when we visited the doctor for Prostrate Enlargement.

After checking practo ratings and also going by the experience of the doctor has, we switched to Dr.Ratkal from another urologist, as the Rescue hospital is nearby to our home.

After few visits, we were happy about the way doctor approaches the problem and the way he explains us about the issue. He is systematic and cooperative and also the staff.

After undergoing numerous tests and spending lot of money, he suggested to undergo TURP which needs almost a week of hospitalization and 2 months rest for recovery.

Doctor was very patience with patients, am surprised to see such a patience from doctor even at closing time of clinic and from a renowned specialist in Bangalore. visited doctor for over reactive bladder problem of my father, was worried of treatment because my father has become restless due heavy passage of urine in the nights, doctor patiently asked for all investigations done prior n history of diseases n advised rightly what is the cause of the problem. Very thank you doctor for your advise n treatment.

I visited hospital for consultation on June 8, 2017 and had very good experience with the staffs and especially Dr. Chandrashekar Ratkal and Dr. Vishal Ratkal both of them are very good human beings, for them service comes first and then the rest. Later I underwent surgery on June 16 and had similar experience. Doctors and the staff always carry smile on their faces and are always available to clarify all the doubts, actually their attitude also give lot of confidence to patients. Doctors don't hurry, they listen to patients with lot of patience. Kudos to you all. I am sure you have a long long way to go.

My father (Mr. Prabir Kumar Sinha) was facing issue with urine flow.. After he finish urine he feels urine sensation after some time.. He is facing this issue since 2002.. he has gone to multiple doctor and took medicine as per doctor recommendations.. but nothing worked out.. But after we met Dr. Ratkal our experience is excellent..
