more..I had a chronic issue of flatulence irregular bowel habits. I had taken several medicines to correct this issue but innitially everything would seem to be right and again the same old conditions troubled me often.this started to affect me personally. I would feel bloated n blood pressure started varying. .Dr's often told me it was more psychological but I was suffering then I thought of going to alternate medicine n so reached AYUR HEALING hospital.i met the Dr MINI NAIR.she first had a very patient hearing of my condition unlike others who would be in a hurry to prescribe medicine. As per her instructions I underwent a detoxification treatment and later started oral medications. Now I feel really good n as per her instructions I family following the diet and exercise too.my blood pressure has remained normal since then..I feel the right diagnosis and management is what the result I see .I am quite great full to her and the hospital.i recommend all those who are suffering like me reach her.
I was suffering from low back pain since four and half years. I had under gone several treatment earlier with very little use. My conditions started getting worst from the last few months. My orthopaedic doctor suggested that I undergo surgery. That is when my friend recommended to try ayurvedic treatment and she suggested Dr. Mini Nair to me. I meet Dr. Mini Nair at Ayurhealing hospital at Koramangala. She on examination advised me treatments for next ten days, since I was new to this system she gave me a detailed description as to how treatment would help me improve my conditions. As per her instructions underwent external ayurvedic therapies at her hospital. The girls who did treatment on me were very cordial and followed the instructions properly. My conditions improved day to day. At the tenth day I was not only relieved but also totally rejuvenated. Following which she advised certain exercises strengthen my back along with oral medications. I'm so relieved and grateful to Dr. Mini Nair and wonderful staff of Ayurhealing and I would definitely recommend Dr. Mini Nair's name.
A month back my mother fell in the toilet and got a compression fracture in the spine. We went to an orthopedic surgeon who recommended bed rest followed by surgery if the pain persisted. The things were not improving over the course of time. She was demanding painkillers on regular basis. Also, we could feel a deformation in her posture due to pain and fracture.This is when we consulted Dr. Mini Nair and she took my mother's case. After the treatment, the pain has reduced( she does not demand any pain killers) and she gained her normal posture.
