I am lucky for changing over to her. She is an expert in her field, totally dedicated, fully committed.

More than all these professional attributes, her personal qualities weighs more. When you first meet her, you will realize you met a sister, or a mother or a friend rather than a doctor. She is very friendly and make one feel very comfortable. In other clinics as you enter, you open your mouth and submit yourself to doctor for examinations. Here as you enter , you open your mouth to have a brief talk on anything like weather , garbage etc before examination. That way one does not feel he/she is in a dental clinic. It is so homely. That is the specialty of this clinic.

Professionally she is highly qualified (MDS) and very sincere and committed to her job. She wants challenges and loves to have such challenging cases. Her aptitude for research motivates her to accept challenges in dental cases. She has a very sharp memory, ably assisted by thousands of her case study photos in her mobile. She instantly recalls a similar case and fishes out the photograph of case study and with that she explains to the patients the case and the procedure she wishes to suggest. It will be so convincing that, one will have no alternative but to say yes.

She is so compassionate to elders that she is flexible in the charges for them.

I had two occasions to go to her. One for a root canal and another to fill up broken teeth. In both case she did an excellent job.

She is very particular about the Hygiene and that is an important factor for her.

These are my personal opinion based on the experience I had and I felt that good things should be shared for benefit of others too.

I remember the day 2nd July 2016 when I first heard the term Periodontal – it was a casual visit to Dr.Namratha’s clinic to get my teeth checked, had informed my wife that I would be back with some pain killers to take care of my teeth pain. The doctor examined for a few minutes and read me the death sentence of my teeth i.e. unless treatment is started immediately. It seems I had an advanced stage of gum infection called Periodontal. The word sounded strange, scary and is a word which you feel instantly that there is no hope. She basically outlined the impossible treatment – extraction, cleaning, implants, gum surgery, tissue grafting and so on. To me it looked like a long and painful journey and top of it all this had to be done in a month since I was scheduled for a long stint abroad from August.

Somehow I was confident about it, in the hands of Dr.Namaratha’s I was sure this would not be too bad. And now after the treatment my confidence was not misplaced. Indeed the treatment consisting of all the above strange procedures went without a hitch – I have a brand new set of teeth, my gums are clean and I can eat and smile as much as I want nowJ

So I am extremely thankful to Dr. Namratha and her support staff for having given me the best possible treatment with care – all within in the promised timeframe and budget.

I wish her and the clinic – Dental Conceptz a grand success in future.

What do I say About Dr Namrtha Umesh , She is just briliant doctor, who saved my life, nothing less than a god to me . I recently extracted my wisdom tooth in some other hospital which developed infection in my mouth and it almost reached a stage where my life was under threat, One day i was in so much pain and wanted to get admitted n while my way to the hospital like a miracle i saw Dental concept clinic which is runned by Dr Namrtha Umesh and just went in, I now feel that it was God guided me there, the way her staff took care of me , and the treatment after that i received is amazing , i can not thank them enough, the way they take care of each patient who visits is just so beautiful, i would recommend any one who wants to get there dental thing to be done please visit .....we don't often get such treatment everywhere, in this era where money matters the most here is the clinic which is affordable and also feel like home ... I would like to thank entire team ,Surgeon Swathi who took utmost care of me. Everything is perfect and i will always be greatful for such a amazing team ....Thank you Doctor forever greatful.

I had severe upper tooth infection where in my one side of my face was swollen and unbearable pain. That's when I visited the Dental concepts and met Dr. Namrata . I was amazed the way she resolved the issue . Not only she saved the tooth which was in a very bad condition, she did a wonderful job of the rootcanal too. In my view her knowledge and expertise is highly appreciated. I also would like to mention the entire staff are so courteous and caring I definitely would recommend any of my relatives and friends this doctor for any dental issues.

I visited the clinic for RCT and implant fixing . The ambience and the precautionary measures taken at the clinic by the doctor and her assistant is really appreciative which gives confidence to take treatment during the current scenario .. doctor is so friendly and explains the procedure so well .. she made me so comfortable . Because of her I was able to take the treatment during this pandemic situation . The care she takes in sanitisation and in all the procedures is commendable..

her commitment towards the patients is worth appreciating. I recommend Dr Namratha for all those who are facing dental issues and having fear to visit the dentists currently .. i assure that you will be in safe hands .

This is the 2nd time happening to me.i took leave from office to get a dental check for borh my kids.doc was later by 45 minutes..she was tied with another treatment ..so she examined the jida..pistoponed the treatment to next week.rather she could havevhad finished treatment(sealant) for one kid atleast as i was waiting for more than half hr .this happened to me in my earlier visit too for my elder daughter...the first appointment we get is just for name sake n i had wasted my whole day taking off from work

I was confident and went through the treatment.

My case was not an easy one(Its Tricky one for Doctor!), i had to undergo implants on my front teeth.

It took me many visits and i was never disappointed, results were amazing!

Now i can smile confidently, All the credits to the Doctor :)

Also, she is willing to joke around to make me comfortable, she reassures and gives the best result in front of you! (after that, how can i not Trust her)

When it comes to any dental issues, I am definitely going to be recommending Dr.Namratha and Dental Conceptz to anyone living around the area, and even to those who don't. I went to Dr. Namratha with a lot of issues and in a lot of pain. Apart from being thoroughly professional in diagnosing and coming up with a plan to fix my teeth, her over all personality and her reassuring nature, calmed me and overall make the usually horrendous visits to a dentist, completely enjoyable and fear-free. I am almost at the end of my treatment right now, and I can assure you that I will not need to see a dentist for a very long time (even though I will miss visiting her :P ). Also, she is quite the expert when it comes to implant (Remember the next time you need one, even I will be going back to her for one!). Overall, my first experience with a dentist that I will not relate to a nightmare!!!
