I am writing this review almost after a year as I am sure now that the surgery cures fistula completely.

For fistula surgery this the only place you should go to. You will be completely cured and never have to go through the pain again.

Post-surgery there will be little pain due to the laser cuts which are normal as the surgery wound has to heal. But once it alleviates it won't return back.

Dr.Prameshwar is a master at his job and is a very polite, helpful, and kind person.

For anyone who wants to know a little more-

My mom had been suffering from fistula for over 1.5 years and had already gone through one surgery for it at Apollo. Initially, after the surgery, there was little relief but after 2 months the problem only aggravated and the surgery was just making it worse. Add to that, it was costly surgery.

After extensive research and reviews through quora, practo, and other platforms we came to know about SMILES.

On the first day, Dr. Parameshwara inspected the wound and asked us to get a specific scan done from Hopkins Memorial which is just across the road. This scanning center is a very famous one and usually has 5-7 days waiting for an appointment. But it is worth the wait. The scanning is accurate to trace the root of the wound where the surgery needs to carried later on. The scanning center is small center in terms of space and you may have to wait for 4-6 hrs there to get the results. Again it is worth the wait.

The cost for this entire process is much less than the other big brands. But the impact is huge.

Definitely recommend SMILES. My mom feels lucky she won't have to go through the pain again.

This is one of its kind hospital. I did a lot of research online to search the best hospitals for such problem and came across your his one. This hospital is very professional in approach. As everybody here mentioned Dr.param, he is really. great surgeon.Their modus operandi is very different, They are trying to set a benchmark in this colorectal treatment. They have all the modern equipments. this hospital specialises only in colo-rectal problems and hence they are really masters of this. it has been 15 days since in was operated and all seems to be fine now . I am. also able to him the gym now.first 2 days of the operations I had a pain but I was able to go to the office on 3rd day. I had insurance and all the procedures was done by hospital itself. In had to pay for the medicines and other stuff which was not covered under insurance and that was not much . The after she get support is also very good . if you have any issues, you can contact Dr on WhatsApp and trust me he replies with proper solutions. The nurses also professional and Dr. also takes your feedback on how are you being cared by the nurses here.

I heard about this doctor from my friend at Malda, West Bengal and decided to consult him at Bangalore. Doctor is very friendly and will make you clear the problem in simple language. You will be happy just after talking to him. Within very short time he has dome my operations and then explained what will happen in next two months. The hospital is private but first time I have seen who did operation in total free of cost for very very poor patient from very remote villages. Most of health insurance are accepted by the Hospital and my NivaBupa was cashless within 15 minutes. More than 3 months after my operation I am doing great. I am happy with doctor, nurse, officials and entire SMILES Institute of Gastroenterology hospital at Bangalore.

For the past couple of years I was suffering from piles and finally I decided to get rid of this problem. Searched the web and found Smiles hospital (Dr. Parameshwara C M).

I had a pleasant experience as I am a bit nervous about the surgery. Doctor examined through a video rectoscope and clearly explained what causes piles and what stage of piles I am into and suggested I go for laser surgery.

After talking to the doctor I felt so much relief and decided to go for laser surgery. Next day morning I got admitted and by evening I got discharged after surgery. The entire treatment process went smoothly and I am happy with the outcome.

I had one of those rare moments where I walked away with 100% satisfaction and I would highly recommend Dr Parameshwara for piles surgery.

I do not recommend this hospital. I first consulted the Dr. on 30th January with fissure related pain/bleeding and underwent fissurectomy on Feb 20th. The first interaction with the DR. was very good and he convinced me to undergo surgery for a permanent solution. I believed and underwent surgery *** *** ***** ** ***** * ***** **** *** **** ************ ** ******** ** **** * ***** **** **** ********** ***** ******** * ***** *** ****** **** *** ******** ********* ***** ** *** ********* The initial impression with the Dr. and Hospital was good but they could not keep up. Follow up consultation after surgery were never been fruitful.

Overall I had bad experience and now I have to go for further checkup in different hospital.

writing this review after 3 year meet dr regarding piles he suggested surgery explained everything good ..very friendly..by speaking to him only u will forget your half pain and u will believe i will be cured here after surgery even i was not sure that piles wont return as people says it never get curedi was asking repeatedly sir it wont come back are you sure ? cause i was terrified by the morning struggle every time i need to poop it was hel*so as he said it wont come back i went through pregnancy miscarriage so that worse to worse constipation because of those harmonal changes but piles didnt come back.no word can appreciate him just close your eyes and trust him ..

Dr. Parameshwara C.M is a well behaved, patient friendly doctor. After operation on 06th Aug. 2019, I got relieved from abnormal pain for my anal fissure's related problem which I had been suffering last 10 years.

Your staff who are engaged with insurance related matter i.e Mediclaim should be more active and interaction with patient over email/phone should be improved to satisfy patients query. Hope it will be improved.

The moment i visited Doctor and spoke to him regarding my problem there is Ray of positive from him as he is very unique doctor who listens to patients problem until they complete..... and then arrives absolutely at right decision by counseling them and treating so well... all your fear will fly away permanently about problem.

In my case My treatment went very well it took about 3 days for my treatment with most advanced Laser & DG HAL RAR now...i am all healthy due this doctor again, able to eat food i love ... again suggested by doctor.

This is the only hospital which adopts International standards & solution to all colo-rectal problem is guaranteed here.

On top of that, he is an expert in his field. I went to him with a severe case of anal fistula and piles. He recommended a surgery to resolve both the problems.
