Although the AyurVAID hospital scheduling and wait times are painful! Every time I visit the doctor it takes at least 1 or 1.5 hours waiting to see the doctor. This has been the case for consistently last 4 visits. Either reduce the advance booking slots or increase the gap between 2 appointments or reduce the number of walk-ins. 1.5 hours of waiting time Even after taking appointments is not acceptable and it is quite surprising that the walk-ins take a priority over ones who have booked an appointment.

If it wasn't for Dr Radhika, I would never visit this hospital for OPD. They have great doctors, ****** ********** ******* ******* but bad management.

I have contacted ayurvaid Domulur Branch for my Grandmother respiratory problems. This is my first experience with Hospital and very much impressed with the kindness and hospitality provided by them. Its’ really overwhelming support from Front office desk Usha and Junior Doctor Priya who have spent an hour with us and collected whole biodata since childhood. Very impressive. I was told that these records will be computerized and keep it forever. Unlike other hospitals, junior doctors collect details first and will brief the same to senior doctors by themselves without our intervention. Following to that, Patient is requested to meet Senior doctors and get proper advises. They are very systematic and well-defined process. As we are not holding any X-rays or other lab reports, they could not able to come to conclusion at this moment. We have been advised to get some diagnostic tests and take medicines for a couple of weeks to review after 2 weeks along with LAB reports. I will share my further feedback after next review and once the problem will be solved. They have very good live chat support for an appointment, Very good Pharmacy with proper support, Impressive Front office Desk and good and experienced doctors to support.

Our appointment was at 4pm. They made us wait. We continuously followed up on how much more time it would take. The front office mentioned that the screen doctor will come in 5 minutes. We waited for almost till 4.50pm and walked out as there was no sign of anyone else coming for screening, forget about doctor’s appointment.

She saw the patient at 7.30 though we had an appointment of 5 pm. This was the case with many other.

I went to meet Mrs. Radhika Varma for my father who had bone metastasis cancer that affected his spinal bone expecially in Lumbar section. I went to Ayurveda treatment because of his age and health which he cannot suffocate chemotherapy side affects and I wanted to give him painless therapy which will reduce his pain and to extend his life span. Initially we did 21 days of treatment which gradually reduced his pain and now he is getting medicine and seems to have improved a lot. Now this time I taken my mother for knee pain which needs 15 days of treatment and careful medication. IF YOU HOPE AND GODS GRACE YOU WILL SUCCEED !!

there was a junior doctor who did a complete body screening - from head to toe before I consulted Dr Radhika. She has spent enough time helping with the diagnosis.
