Thanks to her guidance, my BMI, fat percentage, and other health metrics are now within healthy limits. Her concept of a balanced diet and the plan she provided were both amazing and easy to follow. An added bonus was that several deficiencies I had were also corrected through the diet plan. Overall, it was a smooth and effortless journey.

Dr. Shikha cured my GUT, my eating habit and my cravings and my energy levels. She is very friendly and takes time to listen to the issue. She would ask one to send photo of the plate everyday just to make sure it is a balanced diet. I would recommend her and urge to take treatment for minimum of 3 months atleast or more for her to understand what combination works best for the patient.

I have approached Ms. Sikha for diabetic diet and nutrition counseling. At first, I have thought that it will be a clinic by its name but after we have reached and found that it was apartment with no such name. She counselled us in a proper way. She explained us some plans of 2, 4, 6 months of dieting and nutrition. Since I don't require this type of plans. As we have gone their for what to eat and how much kcal on a daily basis. She just provided weight loss and nutrition plans. I don't recommend anyone with diabetes/high BP to visit her.
