I have visited Dr Namrata for my acne pits and scar treatment. Her treatment improved my skin texture significantly. She is friendly and approachable with prompt response from her team on watsapp and mail. I didn’t have any difficulties during my treatment tenure. I took 5 sessions of CO2 laser and dermapen at this clinic. Overall I liked her treatment approach, explains everything im details and makes you comfortable before planning skin procedure. That is important for winning patient trust I feel. I will recommend Dr Namrata to others.

She took her time to understand my issues and was very patient with my queries. She also made me understand how small mistakes i was doing in daily life could be affecting both my pimples and pigmentation issue. Not a commercially minded Dr at all, genuinely helps her patients. I referred 2 of my friends after my consultation with her and they had similar things to say about her. I went for my pimples and pimple scar treatment at Dr Namrata's clinic upon a friend's referral. I am very pleased to post this feedback as her treatment has helped me to a great extent. She helped me set the right expectations, and gave me affordable options for helping my skin as well. She is quite approachable and remembers her patients and their concerns even if you see her after a long time!

Consulted Dr Namrata for my long term hairfall issue around 5 months back. Her treatment has worked extremely well for me. She manages your concern holistically I feel. Guides you regarding nutrition, life style changes, she ordered blood tests and guided me thoroughly over last 3 months and the results have been extremely satisfying. With my hormonal issue I was scared and losing hope regarding my hair but she proved to be the best specialist to seek help. I highly recommend her for all hairfall related issues. Also she is super sweet and friendly to talk as well.

The doctor was friendly and very approachable. Her explanation of the issues are simple but good. Only downside is the waiting time at the clinic.

I thought I had dry skin, but the doc was able to tell me how I actually have oily skin. She didn't give me too much medicines - she is trying a simple approach first with just proper facewash and sunscreen and acne cream. If it doesn't improve after a few weeks, she will then prescribe oral medications. I prefer this approach as it is not too agressive and every body takes time to adjust.

My experience was really good. She checked my scalp and understood what were the main issues. She suggested me shampoos and a lotion and explained to me how I should do everything. She gave me a do’s and don’t’s list which was very helpful.

She also told me that this treatment will reduce my dandruff so I don’t need to come for a follow up unless there is any other issue. And she was right! My dandruff is almost gone, in just 2 weeks!!
