Aruna Ma'am was a godsend doctor in our life. I had been seeing other doctors for my PCOS from a few months before going to Dr Aruna who gave me treatment for PCOS. Dr Aruna is the very friendly and explains everything during the treatment. Our reason for seeing her was a long term approach about having kids. My treatment started with the PCOS and a little later we started planning for kids. Having PCOS I had been given little hopes before by my friends and family. I am really thankful to ma'am and to my luck that we reached her. Ma'am treatment approach was a long term one and it paid off. I am now a mother to a healthy boy and that too by normal delivery, all thanks to Dr Aruna. The treatment was a step by step plan with ma'am explaining each and every step along the way. It was a long time to reach the end goal but whenever someone says that its a short treatment with results very soon should not fully believe them. Aruna ma'am took all the necessary treatment and a systematic approach with atleast 2 or 3 cycles where we tried with normal approach to get conceived. I was finally able to conceive with ovulation induction. I liked the most that there was no unneccessary treatment or tests that were conducted or even any unrequired approach for the ovulation. During the initial days ma'am was able to pick up the fact that my sugars were a notch above normal and was accurately about to diagnose gestational diabetes at around the 35th week, which the doctor expected in the first trimester looking at the slight change in the sugars. I call that experience. I followed up with ma'am throughout the pregnancy but there was a complication with the shorting of the cervix which led to me having to undergo cervical cerclage. I underwent the emergency surgery in the able hands of Dr Aruna, who took the utmost care and urgency to do the surgery which was successful. I feel, my husband and I have shared our most exciting wait with the ups and downs during this journey with the strongest support of Dr Aruna. She was beside us during the best and the worse part of it. Finally in the delivery room giving the all needed patience and encouragement for the hours of labour and finally the joy of bringing a life into the world. Heartfelt thank you to ma'am for everything.

The TRUE Gynaecologist in Bangalore

I am sharing my experience in detail. My wife was suffering from pelvic pain after menstrual period days and in usg it was found that she was having endometriotic cyst. I was consulting in a popular maternity hospital (with a famous OBG ) and she suggested laparoscopy and also told that my wife may need some treatment / IVF to get pregnant in future based on USG report. She requested my wife to stop her school job and should try for baby immediately after laparoscopy. We were very much depressed at that time, one of my friend told me about Dr. Jaya Bhat to take second opinion.

I remember, it was a winter day in early December, we met Jaya Bhat at

Fortis. There were only a very few patients for her and we were confused whether we came to correct doctor or not. But things changed totally when we entered into the her cabin and spoke with her. She saw all the reports and suggested similar laparoscopy (cystectomy) but we were impressed by her confidence and way of talking. She told that after doing laparoscopy she would tell us future course of treatment for my wife but encouraged my wife to continue her job which we liked a lot.

Finally, wife's laparoscopy was done at Manipal and Jaya Bhat came out of OT and told me that there was no cyst in ovary but due to presence of some mass (with tarry fluid) outside tube it was causing pain after period days. Doctor told that she encountered this type of case for the first time but was sure that my wife will be pregnant naturally. She gave analogue injection one dosage and asked us to try naturally. Also, she wrote the same in prescription "can get pregnant naturally". We were loosing patience but at the beginning of 6th month my wife got pregnant. I messaged Dr. Bhat but she was abroad at that time, so we continued pregnancy treatment in a maternity hospital and even they were surprised at first shot how my wife conceived naturally with suspected endometriosis. But when they saw "Dr. Jaya Bhat" in my wife's case history they did not ask anything further. Finally, I have become father last month and we believe it is all because of Dr. Jaya Bhat, her rich experience and obviously God's blessings.

I'm a 32 year old woman. I had axillary breast tissue in both my armpits. I had developed this as a teenager and never really bothered to check or actually know what it was. But as I grew old, this lump kept getting bigger (the size of a potato) and I started getting conscious to wear sleeveless or tightly fitted clothes as the bulge would be evident from outside. Although it was benign and harmless, it added to a lot of discomfort both in terms of looks and feel. Then one fine day, I googled to find out what it was and decided to visit a gynecologist because that would be the obvious choice, considering it's related to breasts, but she guided me to plastic surgeon Dr. Neha Chauhan. Today, you don't find many experienced female plastic surgeons and hence finding her was a blessing for me. Not many people know that this requires the attention of a plastic surgeon and not a general surgeon or a gynaecologist. This is a very common occurrence in women and more than 50 percent of them are not even aware of it. I met Dr. Neha Chauhan and she examined and explained the condition to me very elaborately and said it requires surgery. She is a very dignified, confident surgeon and made me aware of my condition and educated me about things that I didn't even find on google. She made me feel very comfortable and gave me the courage to go for the surgery. I have never in my life been admitted in any hospital or undergone any sort of minor or major surgery but the confidence in Dr. Neha made me go for it without any second thoughts.The surgery took about 3-4 hours on general anesthesia. There was an incision made in both the armpits. The beauty of the surgery was that Dr. Neha made a very minimal size incision, about 1-1.5 inches and the extra tissues were taken out through it. The next 10 days of the surgery was a bit difficult because of the dressing that was done under both arms but the size of the dressing kept getting smaller and post 10 days of surgery I was fully fit and fine. Ideally, one should be okay after 3-4 days but I have very little threshold towards pain hence needed a proper 10 days rest. And honestly, what is 10 days when compared to a whole life of being free from that extra piece of lump on your body and being able to wear whatever you want to without thinking! After about 2-3 weeks, I could only see a small incision mark that almost got hidden along the folds of my skin. To sum it up, the whole experience was a smooth sail and all credit goes to Dr. Neha who handled it so beautifully and made it seem like a walk in the park. I would forever be thankful to Dr.Neha for making my life better!

Our experience with the doctor was quite dissapointing. To start with, the doctor or the attendant to the doctor did not inform us that I was supposed to drink a lot of water before the ultrasound and we did not know all this as this was our first experience. Five minutes before commencing the scan they asked me to drink water, and started the scan. The doctor was pressing hard against my lower abdomen as by bladder was obviously still not full. When asked "is it supposed to hurt so much" she did not even bother responding to the question. When asked the second time, as I was in too much pain, she used a very rude tone and screamed saying she knows her job. Further, the AC vent was just above my head and I was running a fever and cold so I requested for the temperature to be made warmer for 5 minutes or the I density of the AC to be reduced but she did not respond again. When the pain in the abdomen became unbearable I had asked her again if it is supposed to pain so much and she just screamed at me that i have fokded my knees which i am not suppsed to do. At this point my husband had to intervene as she was just screaming at me, and he rquested "ma'am this is out firat tome so you may please tell her how she is supposed to lie down as we don't know". At this point she became furious and said she will not do the scan and I should just leave and find a different hospital. After this she stormed out of the scanning room leaving me still on the table (half naked and greased with the gel). We have never come across such a rude and inconsiderate person and especially not a doctor who is talking to an expecting mother for the first time who is half scared because she doesn't know what to expect and how much shouid scan hurt or not. The episode did not end there, we had the consultation appointment in 10 minutes with Dr. Nivedita hence my husband went to check of somebody may come and complete the scan as we needed it for the consultation. After about half an hour, a lady by the name Monica spoke to us and told us that Dr. Harini does not want to do our scan as she felt i was ride in asking the questions. When asked why she dint answer the questions, she said that Dr. Harini told her that she did not hear me asking anything the first time and the second and third time she dint answer my questions as she was engrossed in the scan. The explain obviously was up to the mark as there was no real reason for her rude behavior. We informed Dr. Monica that we were ready to move on from the episode even after the insulting behaviour metted out to me and we just wanted to get the scan done and move on as it seemed like a communication gap. Post this, another half an hour later I was told that the scan be done. The scan was over in less than 2 minutes, Dr. Harini ***** ******* ** ** *** ****** **** *** *** *** ******* *** *** ******* did not tell us anything about the baby or the heartbeat or anything at all. *** ********* ******** ** ** *** ******** ** ********* ** *** ****** ***** ********* **** ** **** *** **** We did not even know about these things until the doctor told us that we were supposed to be told about these things during the scan. In fact she was surprised to know that we did not know anything about the heartbeat etc.

To sum up, I would never like to go back to Dr. Harini, and neither would recommend her ** ***** **** ******* who may be scared and have innocent questions.

I would like to share my experience with all of you on this platform. I have so much complications after my abortion and had lot of questions in my mind for my next pregency. I met many DR's and explained my story but unfortunately none of them made me feel happy. By God's Grace we come to know about Aruna Muralidhar and finally we met her at Fortis and shree clinic. She is incredible,soft spoken, down to earth and make us feel comfortable for every appointment. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment and clarified all of my questions. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. Under Madam guidance we follwed her suggestions in my entire pregency and finally my delivery went smooth and delivered Baby this November..my all worries gone away it's all because of one person "Aruna Muralidhar".

My wife had some health complications such as PSOD, Thyroid, Anxiety disorder, Skin Allergy. Unfortunately, she had missed miss-carries 5 years before.

We were consulting with a Dr in some other Hospital for first 6 weeks. But we could have enough confidence to continue there.

I would say we were just lucky that we booked with Dr Aruna Muralidhar. She checked all reports from previous Hospital and suggested to start thyroid medicine immediately. She talked to my wife in detail to know health history and also helped her to manage her anxiety level. Soon after few visits we knew we are in very safe hands.

In last trimester’s scan she found that baby is not growing as per standard growth rate, she told us she might need to induce the labor, however she was able to manage this by some medicine and in next week baby’s growth was better.

Due to my wife’s health problems I always used to think there will be C-Section, but Dr made it normal delivery. Next day Dr came and after checkup said she is going to discharge us.

We were discharged within 24 hours after the delivery. It was unbelievable for us Normal delivery, everything fine with baby and then discharged within 24 hours.

Having chosen Dr Aruna for my first pregnancy was a best decision taken by me and my husband. My very first visit, I knew I had a good chemistry going with the doctor and felt a sense of safety. I wasn’t let down during the nine months of my pregnancy.

She kept me on positive vibes through out and made sure I have a safe normal vaginal delivery.

My words would not justify the support/treatment I got from the doctor and her amazing team of nurses and duty doctors, on the day of my delivery.

While I was about to give up and chose to have to c section, doctor stood my by me with immense moral support and ensured I had a healthy baby girl via normal delivery.

I have to mention the fact on how thoughtful she is to give support to the family as well, every leg of treatment during delivery, she ensured my husband is personally informed on my status and assured him the best.

Dr. Aruna was kind enough to go through my pregnancy case as I had began consulting her in my 5th month of pregnancy. My husband and I moved to Bangalore from our hometown. Dr. Aruna checked my file and studied it well. As I am a first time mom she was approachable and very friendly. She cleared all the doubts and explained everything clearly to us. She also gets involved closely with all her patients and knows their case and names. Unfortunately, I had to go through an emergency C section and Dr. Aruna wasn't in town but despite that, once she got to know about me, she followed up with the hospital to check on me and as soon as she was back, she came to visit me in the hospital. She came to check on me everyday without fail and helped me recover better. She closely monitored my stitches and made sure that it was healing well. She kept a close check on me and my baby who was admitted for few days in the NICU. I am very grateful to her for all that she did for me. I strongly recommend her to all new and old moms.
