A: First OPD consultation and then if the doctor feels and advised for any procedure, the patient will be approaching the admission counter to get admitted in the hospital. Regarding Insurance, they will send pre-approval to the concerned insurance company. they need to carry valid proofs & Documents. If outside doctor refers procedure to the patient also, the patient needs to go for the OPD consultation and consultant prescribes for the IP then Admission will be taken. If the patient comes through emergency, the patient will get admitted to IP.

A: At the time of discharge, suggested by the consultant they will provide the discharge summary for the patient without any delay.
