I am very happy with Practo. It has made my medical requirements easy and convenient. My consultation with Dr. Sowmya was quite good. She was attentive and friendly though the treatment didn't succeed in resolving the issues. My son had allergic severity. The doctor was not sure enough with the cause and she suggested multiple blood tests for diagnosis. I spent nearly 5 K for this. But nothing really helped in recovery. Then I opted homeopathy treatment which literally helped. So as of my opinion, the doctor is really good but her treatment option was expensive yet not compatible for my son.

Humanitarian is his approach towards patient. Very friendly and answers all your questions even asked several times with same patience which a good doctor should have.

His approach towards treatment is also logically, as I have witnessed it in treating my sister hyperthyroidism. He followed up personally through WhatsApp Messenger to check the health condition of my sister often and is treating to bring hyperthyroidism under control.

He is one of the eminent doctors I have ever come across. Consulted him for my father's enlarged prostrate gland. He prescribed reports initially to understand the situation with an intent of not doing a surgery if not required. However reports were very explicit and the surgery was the end solution. I had consulted dr. Chirag for my edema. Both my legs were swollen, I liked the procedure of his diagnosis (only after thorough diagnosis he started with the treatment and prescribed medication). Some tests were done just to be sure that it is not something major, luckily it was not but there were some minor complications which had to be treated to avoid health issues. I do have regular consultation with him for my condition. He was kind enough to respond for all my concerns and answer to my doubts. I have had couple of online appointments with him as well. Doctor seemed highly dis interested - breezed through the reports as he was doing us a favour and wanted to just leave soon..

Took us a week to round up this doctor as he did not show up at Jain hospital on the scheduled day. On attempt 2 of making the appointment on practo at manipal Malleshwaram his staff called saying they cannot promise a slot and will only treat us as a walk in - to a 68 year old patient that’s awful. Clearly it was not worth the wait .. will definitely opt to never consult with him Again ..
