I consulted Dr. Lakshmi at Tatkshana Ayurveda Hospital Yeswantpur for my Vaata and Pitta issues like improper digestion, burning sensation in stomach, feeling anxiousness, sometimes getting dizziness and mostly burning sensation in eyes.

Was recommended 10 days detoxification as initial treatment, which I followed as per instructions from Dr. Lakshmi and I am feeling much better. She was always following up and guiding me via calls and whatsapp.

Also, I lost around 3.5 kgs weight (I was already in healthy weight range), weight loss may vary from person to person. I consulted Dr. Manasa Bhat as I had been experiencing bloating, acidity, dyspepsia, and recurrent stomach infections for the previous five or six years.
